Here are some of the main tips Dr. Oz discussed said you should consider before slipping into your sudsy paradise:
- Staying in the hot tub for too long, or letting the temperature soar above 100F can lead to fallen blood pressure and dehydration. Always consider hot tub safety, and keep this in mind.
- High blood pressure, heart disease, or pregnant? If you said yes, it’s best to skip the hot tub and opt for a warm bath instead. Slipping into waters with temperatures over 102F can trigger health issues for this group.
- Want your own little swimmers someday soon? Guys, if you’re trying to conceive, avoid spending more than 5 minutes at a time in hot tubs, saunas, or Jacuzzis, as this could—er – reduce your little swimmers.
