What is your return / refund policy?

At Hot Tub Covers Canada we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy differs varies by product category. 

Custom Covers and Made-to-Order Products

All custom hot tub covers are final sale and cannot be returned. Due to the nature of these made-to-order custom items returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with the manufacturing or a warranty claim, please reach out to our team directly so they can assist you further.

All Other Products

All non-custom, non-made-to-order products are eligible for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like a full refund (less the cost of shipping the product back to our facility), you must contact our Customer Service team here. Products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging or they will not be eligible for return. All accessories are shipped from our distribution partner facilities in California and Florida. Accessories must be return partner distribution facility in Florida.

Our team will provide you with the information and directions to send your order back to our facility. Once your item is received, refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1-2 billing cycles.
