Shipping and Returns

Free Shipping – up to $200.

Free Shipping is included to 96% or more homes and businesses across Canada for Hot Tub Covers. If shipping on your order exceeds $200, we will contact you for payment.

Shipping Policy

Your hot tub cover is custom-built to fit your hot tub and shipped directly to your home in Canada from the factory. Since all covers are custom orders, your cover should arrive within 6 - 8 weeks during our busy summer season, and 4-6 weeks during our winter season.

Your hot tub cover will be delivered by freight carrier. You will be provided with a tracking number assigned to your order. This will be sent to the email address you provide to us when placing your order.  If you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. Once your order has been shipped, please discuss delivery arrangements with the carrier directly, as it is no longer in our hands.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to production, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.  Sorry, but this is a custom order, so once production begins, we cannot cancel your order.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We don't accept returns.

We want to make sure you are satisfied. If you receive a product that is damaged or in some way defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request an exchange authorization number ("RGA").

VERY IMPORTANT: exchanges will be accepted only with this authorization number. The product must be in its original condition and remain unused. No shipping charges will be refunded.

In certain cases, we might exchange accessories.  Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to request an exchange authorization number ("RGA").
